Explore key spaces across campus, including classrooms, libraries, computer labs, recreational facilities, and quiet study areas. You'll also get to know essential services like academic advising, student centers, and faculty offices.
🏥 Health & Wellness
Learn how to access physical and mental health resources on campus. We’ll introduce you to student health insurance plans, medical clinics, mental wellness programs, peer support, and emergency health services—because your well-being is a priority.
🏠 Housing & Daily Life
Whether you’re living on or off campus, we’ll cover housing options, tenant rights, budgeting tips, and what to expect from Canadian rental culture. You’ll also receive guidance on everyday living, including transportation, banking, and grocery shopping.
🌐 Settling in Canada
Adjusting to life in a new country can be challenging. This course offers helpful advice on cultural adaptation, legal documentation (such as study permits), and connecting with community resources for newcomers.
🛡️ Safety & Security
Feel confident navigating your new environment with tips on staying safe on and off campus. We’ll show you how to use campus security services, emergency contacts, and how to report concerns respectfully and responsibly.
