This course is designed to equip employers and host organizations with the knowledge and tools to create quality Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) experiences for students. It covers best practices in hiring, onboarding, compliance, feedback, and sustaining WIL programs to ensure a mutually beneficial experience for both students and employers.
Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate and a digital badge, recognizing their commitment to quality WIL practices.

This course is for students in Computing Science, Mathematics and Physics who are completing a Winter 2025 Co-op Work Term. Students are expected to complete required assignments to receive a complete and receive credit.
